Alta E. Sadler, 85, of Camptown PA, entered the arms of her Lord on April 12, 2011 at the Highlands Care Home in La Port PA. She was born a daughter of the late George and Donna (McCoy) Knoblock. Alta was a loving and dedicated wife and mother who always felt the need to give back to her community . She was a member or the Rebecca's, Sweet Adeline's, Eastern Star and Presbyterian Church.
Alta was preceded in death by her first husband Glenn Murphy Sr. in 1965 and her second husband James Sadler in 1993. She was also preceded in death by her two brothers Leonard Knoblock and Joe M. Knoblock.
Alta is survived by her son Glenn and daughter-in-law Beverly Murphy of Camptown, PA. Grandchildren: Kimberly and Colleen. Great grandchildren: Noah, Aaron, Sasha and Grace. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
There will be a memorial service celebrating her life on Saturday April 30th at the Camptown Community Church at 11AM to be officiated by Rev.Beverly Murphy. People may call to visit with the family at 10AM. Donations may be sent to the Animal HumanSociety of ones choice in loving memory of Alta
