Carol S. Ford, 73, of Sayre, PA passed away at home of February 10, 2013. She was born on October 2, 1939 in Raleigh, NC. Carol was a dedicated and loving mother helping to run the family farm and raising her two children.

Carol was predeceased by her husband John Ford in 1974, daughter, Soraya Ford in 2008. Mother: Dorothy Higgins and Sister: Audrey Stanko.

Carol is survived by her son: Mark (Karen) Ford of Sayre. Grandchildren: Lynette Ford of Sayre and Tiffany Ford of Sayre. Great grandchildren: Felicia Lantz of Sayre and Kaleb Lantz of Sayre. Sister: Bernice (Lyle) Blauvelt of Elmira NY. Sister-in-law: Margaret Nader of Sayre. Best friend Velma Miller of Sayre. Many nieces, nephews, and friends.
