Cynthia L. Strope "Cyndie" 48 of Elmira went home to be with her Lord on January 22, 2009 at the Rome Memorial Hospital, Rome, NY. She was born on August 9, 1960 in Troy, Pa. Cyndie was a loving mother to two beautiful girls Maria Strope of Elmira and Cheyenne Strope of Dundee NY. Cyndie is also survived by her mother Doris Ward of Dundee, NY. And her Brother Carl (Paula) Sullivan of Dundee, NY. Many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and special friends also survive. Cyndie was predeased by her loving step-father Ralph Ward.
