David Charles Warner, 77, of Sayre, Pennsylvania, passed away on October 9, 2026, in Sayre. He was born on August 18, 1949, in Westfield, New York the son of Ernest and Jean Warner. On April 5th 1969 he married the love of his life Sharon Warner.

David will be remembered for a life shaped by hard work and dedication. During his career, he worked at American LaFrance in Elmira, New York, building fire trucks, and later served with PennDOT as a foreman. His work reflected a steady commitment to the responsibilities entrusted to him and to the communities connected to that work.

Above all, David held an important place in the lives of his family. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Warner of Sayre; his daughter, Michelle Warner of Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania; and his sister, Martha Wolfe of Athens. They, along with all who knew and loved him, carry forward the memory of his life with affection and gratitude.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Ernest and Jean Warner, and by his brother, Gerald Warner.

David Charles Warner will be remembered with love by his family and with respect by those whose lives he touched. May his memory bring comfort to all who mourn his passing.
