Debra K. Allen, known lovingly as Debbie, passed away on July 8, 2024 at home in Towanda . Born on July 16, 1965, in Sayre, PA, Debbie was a beacon of love, support, and laughter to all who knew her. In the words of Maya Angelou "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Debbie made everyone she met feel cherished.

As a devoted mother, Debbie nurtured her home with love, care, and a touch of humor that was uniquely hers. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, from playing with her beloved grandchildren to cheering on her favorite NASCAR drivers. Above all, family was the cornerstone of her world. Debbie was a loving mother to Kimberly (Darin) Alexander, Jessica Wells, Jenilyn Allen, and Ashley Gordon. She was a supportive sister to Randy (Michelle) Lane, James "Richie" Lane, Steven Lane, and Annette Lane. Her vibrant spirit lives on in her grandchildren, Bianka Alexander, Jocelyn Baton, Damian Wells, Aidan Wells, Emma Wells, Caedence Vargson, Mykaela Vargson, Kenleigh Vargson, Karmyn Allen, Isabella Gordon, Isaiah Gordon, and Richlyn Vargson.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Virginia Lane, her grandson, Rylan Vargson, and her nephew, Brian Lane. Yet, even in their absence, the love and memories they shared remain vibrant and everlasting.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 20th, 2024 from 2:00 - 5:00 pm at the home of Randy and Michelle Lane, 617 Vought Creek Road, Wysox, PA. We invite all who knew and loved Debbie to join us in celebrating her life and sharing the memories that made her special.
