Edward Yates Jr 59, of Towanda, PA, passed away on May18, 2024, at Guthrie Towanda Hospital due to declining health.

Edward was born on October 3, 1964, at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.

Edward is survived by his children, Misty (Paul) Yates of Towanda, PA. Dustin (Kira) Beers of Longs, SC. Mother Cathy Swartz and stepfather Wanye Swartz of Rome, PA. Stepmother Mary Yates of Towanda, Pa. Sister Gina (Jim) Kellogg of Pine City, NY. Brother Dale Yates of Rome, PA. Grandchildren Kylie, Keara, Josh, Laiann, Gavin,Matthew, and Peyson. Special Aunt Lilian Vanderpool and special cousin and good friend Harry Yates. Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Edward was predeceased in death by his father Edward Yates Sr and daughter Nikki Yates.

The family would like to thank Guthrie Hospice and Guthrie Towanda Hospital for the wonderful care he received in his final days.
