Frank Lowell Mosher Sr., 62, of Sayre, PA. passed away on Monday July 26, 2010 after a long battle with cancer at home with his family by his side.. He was born on December 3, 1947 in Waverly, N.Y., a son of Lawrence Mosher. On June 26, 1965 Frank married Rosemary Davis .

Frank is survived by his wife of 45 years Rosemary Mosher at home, Daughters and sons-in-law: Brenda (Karl) Terry of Apalachin, NY., Gerry Dean of Johnson City, NY., Wendi Shephard of Sayre, Sons and daughters-in-law: Frank Jr. ( Jeanne ) Mosher of Johnson City, NY., William (Joann) Mosher of Barton NY., Grandchildren: Kimberly, Kyle and Kasandra Terry; Frank Mosher III; Jessica, Jason and Justin Relyea; Angela, Barbara and William Mosher; Becki, Toni and Mike Shephard. Great Grand Children: Cotton, Donovan, Lilly, Ryan, and Scott Jr. Frank is also sisters: Sally, Mary, Michele and Rosie. Brothers: Larry, Randy and Bucky and many friends.
