74, of Rome, PA. died with Christ on August 29th, 2010 at the Towanda Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 16, 1936 in Passaic, NJ., a daughter of William and Alice (Notabun) Bosland. On February 11th, 1956 she married Stephen Kerekes at the Most Holy Name Church in Garfield, NJ. Jeanette was a licensed Beautician in NJ. and loved to cook. After their retirement Jeanette and Stephen moved to RR1 Rome enjoying the country setting.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents and a brother William Bosland Jr.

Jeanette is survived by her Husband Stephen Kerekes at home, brother: Peter Bosland Sr. of Garfield NJ. Nephews: Peter Jr. and Robert. Nieces: Joanne, Kathy and Dawn. Many Special friends and cousins also survive.

A memorial service and celebration of Jeanette's life will be held on October 10th, 2010 at 11AM at the Assembly of God Church, 20 Kingsbury Ave, Towanda, PA. with Pastor Tom Geiger officiating. At her request there will be no calling hours. The burial will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family.
