Joann J. Spencer, 74, of Athens, passed away Wednesday October 5th at the Bradford County Manor, Burlington, PA. Joann was born on April 28, 1937 in Sayre, PA. a daughter of the late Nathan and Katherine (Vanderpool) Johnson. She was a graduate of Sayre High School class of 1956.
Joann loved to spend time with her great granddaughter Courtney who she recently adopted as her own and dog Angel.

Joann was predeceased by husbands, Reggie Paradis and Leo Spencer, Brother-in-law: William Ervin Sr.

Joann is survived by husband Ken Rinehuls. Children: Terry Rinehuls and Cathy Mosley. Great granddaughter Courtney Spencer and grandchildren James and Melissa Rinehuls. Who she raised as her own children.
Sisters: Beverly Ervin of Milan, PA., Betty Alexander of Sayre, PA., Betsy Alexander of Virginia Beach, VA.; Brothers: Paul (Beatrice) Johnson of Owego, NY., Tom (Patricia) Johnson of Sayre, PA.
Joann is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
A graveside memorial service and celebration of Joann's life will be held on Monday October 10th at 11:00AM at the Bradford County Memorial Park Garden of Love Section with Rev. James Donahoo Officiating. In lieu of flowers those who wish may kindly consider a donation to Courtney Rinehuls for her future college fund. They can be sent to Beverly Ervin 1602 Chamberlain Rd.
