Johanna Kendra Rosencrance, 46, of Meshoppen passed away on December 22nd, 2024. Johanna, lovingly known as 'Johanna Banana,' was born on October 6th, 1978, in Jenningsville, Pennsylvania. Johanna was a beacon of love, creativity, and compassion.

Johanna had a true passion for creativity and human connection. She had an unmatched ability to tie-dye anything she could find, giving an array of colors to the world around her. An avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, her spirit was as bold and energetic as her favorite team's. More than anything, Johanna was a loving, empathetic soul, offering friendship to anyone and everyone. Every morning and every night, she made her favorite people feel cherished with her thoughtful messages. Her love for her children, family, and her beloved cat, Dozer, was her guiding force. As the author, Leo Buscaglia, aptly put it, "Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around." Johanna was the embodiment of this quote, her every action steeped in love and kindness.

Johanna is survived by her mother, Melinda Jones; her children, Chelsey Jones, Stephanie Rosencrance, Joseph Rosencrance, Elizabeth Conety, and Lily Conety; her brother, Lyle (Heather) Jones; her nephew, Evan Jones; her niece, Lexi Jones; and her grandmother, Shirley Jones. Many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and Friends. She was predeceased by her grandfather Bryce Jones, her cousin Brandon Moon, her uncle Dean Jones, and her mother-in-law Sally Rosencrance.

Johanna's life was a testament to the power of love, compassion, and empathy. Her legacy will continue to live in the hearts of those she touched with her kindness and creativity.
