Obituary

74, of Milan, Ridgeburry Twp., passed away Sunday, July 25th at home surrounded by his loving family.
Jimmy was born in Binghamton, NY on July 19th, 1936 a son of the late Lawrence and Cora (Bennett) McCracken. On March 5th 1988 Jimmy married Jeannie Frisbie at the Valley Full Gospel Tabernacle in Milan PA. Together they were married 22 years filling their house with laughter and love.
Jimmy enjoyed Pro-wrestling, Nascar, playing with his grandchildren, the great outdoors, and spending time with his wife, family, many friends and loved his dog Baby Bear.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Marie McCracken and Loretta Russell.
Jimmy is survived by his wife Jeannie McCracken at home. Daughters and Sons-in-law: Loretta McCraken and Bradley Kellogg of Candor, NY., Denise Stubbs of Plainsfield, VT., Lori Stubbs and Richard Beaulieu of Jewett City, CT., Debi Stubbs of Spencer, NY., Vicky and Roy Hunsinger of Athens, PA. Son and Daughter-in-law: Steven and Joleen Stubbs of Nichols, NY. Mother-in-law: Dorothy Louise LaPlant of Troy, PA. Brother: Robert (Nancy) McCracken of Watertown, NY. Brothers and Sisters-in-law: William Russell of Athens, PA., Tammy and Bromo Salsman of Milan PA., Bonnie Jones of Milan PA., Missie and Jermey McKean of Milan, PA., Mike and Tammy LaPlant of Athens, PA. Several grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
A memorial service and celebration of Jimmy's life will be held on August 14th at 10AM at the New Generation Church, Milan, PA. with pastor Doug Abbey officiating. In lue of flowers those who wish may kindly consider a donation to a memorial fund to be set up in the name of Lawrence J. McCracken at the New Generation Church, RR1 Box 1B Milan, PA. 18831. .
