Louise A. Jones, 71, of Asylum Twp, PA was called home on May 19, 2012 while at home surrounded by her family after an extended illness. She was born on May 4, 1941, a daughter of the late Curzon and Frances Belles Mills, in Wilkes-Barre, PA. On April 20, 1963 Louise married the love of her life Kenneth A. Jones. Louise loved to travel to Florida with her husband, bowling, reading, and of course spending time with her family. She loved her job as a LPN working at the Bradford County Manor caring for the elderly for many years. She and Ken also operated a food concession trailer taking it to many local area events and fairs, making many friends along the way.
Louise was predeceased by her parents, brother Kenneth Mills and a sister-in-law Jody Mills.
Louise is survived by her husband of 49 years, Kenneth, at home. Children: Kenneth J. (Lisa) Jones of Chesterfield, NJ. Leah Hollenback of Towanda, PA. Carl (Sonya) Jones of Standing Stone, PA. Grandchildren: Briana, Andrew and Alec. Brothers: Melvin (Mary Ellen) Mills of Tunkhannock, PA. Robert (Linda) Mills of Meshoppen, PA. Thomas Mills of Bristol Twp, PA. Sisters: Margaret Edwards of Dallas, PA and Marlene (James) Potts of Eatontown, NJ. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a special friend, Sandie Schoonover.

At Louise's request all services will be private.
