of LaRaysville, Pa., passed away at his home on October 5, 2009 with his loving wife by his side. Mike was born on July 2, 1947 in Glen Ridge, NJ., a son of the late Charles and Muriel (Connelly) Dunscombe. He married the love of his life Sharon Kantor on Aug. 27, 1994 in Owego, New York. Mike was a Conductor for Conrail and loved to spend time outdoors~he especially enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working outside. Although his greatest pleasure was found when he was surrounded by his family and good friends.
In addition to his wife Sharon Dunscombe, Mike is survived by his children: Dawn and Tom Cueman of Glen Ridge, NJ.; Cheryl (Chris Paladino) Dunscombe of Belleville, NJ.; Granddaughter: Shane C. Cueman of Glen Ridge, NJ.; Sister: Doreen and John Holland of Nutley, NJ.; Niece and nephew: Sean and Wendy Holland of Nutley, NJ along with many special friends.
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday October 17th at 11AM at St. Peters Roman Catholic Church, Belleville, NJ. In lieu of flowers, friends may kindly consider a memorial contribution to Memorial Hospital Hospice, 1 Hospital Drive, Towanda, PA. 18848, in loving memory of Michael Dunscombe.
