, 74, of Sayre, Pa passed away on August 11, 2010 at the Robert Packer Hospital following a brief illness. Nancy was born on May 27, 1936 in Athens, Pa a daughter of the late George H. and Luella (Hummel) Jackson. Nancy enjoyed crocheting, needle work and playing the organ. On October 23, 1962 she married Joseph v. Savino and together they shared thirty years of happiness until his passing on October 2, 1992. In addition to her husband Joseph, Nancy was predeceased by a brother Donald G. Jackson of Florida; and a grandniece Emma Nicole Jackson of New Mexico. She is survived by her son Gregory V. Savino of Sayre, Pa; brother Richard E. Jackson of Vestal, NY; and a sister-in-law Lois M. Jackson of Wakemary, Florida; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Abiding with her wishes, there will be no services. Interment will be in the Tioga Point Cemetery, Athens next to her husband Joseph.
