Norma Ruby Kelsall transitioned to heaven on May 13, 2024 where she is rejoicing in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She is the daughter of the late Harold and DeEtte Brace Cole. Norma was born in Sayre, PA on November 20, 1932, and graduated from Athens High School. She attended Practical Bible College in Binghamton NY before marrying Ralph Kelsall on February 15, 1952. Norma was a dedicated hard worker at IBM from where she retired after 20 years of service. Norma enjoyed playing the piano and organ. She also was an avid gardener, freezing and canning the fruits of her labor. Norma was loved by many friends and family.

Norma is predeceased by her husband Ralph Kelsall, sisters Wanda Westbrook and Jeannine Blow, brothers Bill Cole and Ronald Cole, and special friend George Westbrook.

Norma is survived by her four children, Gwyn (Patricia) Kelsall, Diane (Steven) Carlin, John (Laura) Kelsall, and Larry (Karen) Kelsall. She has 8 grandchildren and 18 great Grandchildren, and sister Gloria Fabry, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held in the Valley Home Cemetery in Windham, Pa at the convenience of the family.
