Pauline Owen, 89, formally of Athens, PA passed away peacefully on Monday, September 3, 2012 at the Troy community Hospital. She was born on December 2, 1922 a daughter of the late Frank and Martha Miller in Asylum Twp. Pauline was a dedicated mother raising 4 children. She loved to take trips with her sister to Atlantic City and spend time with family and friends.

Pauline was predeceased by her parents: Frank and Martha Miller, Son: James Owen Jr., Brothers: Franklin Miller, Theodore Miller, Thomas Miller, Charles Miller, and sister: Martha Sweet.

Pauline is survived by daughter: Martha (Bud) Sutton of Mansfield, PA. Sons: Terry (Marie) Lindeman of Lisbon, NH., Tim (Gail) Owen of Sayre, PA. Grandchildren: Richard Kautz, Michael (Dixy) Kautz, Larry Houser, Terry Lindeman, Brian Lindeman, Sheila Lindeman, Steve Lindeman, Jessie Lindeman, Joey Lindeman, Jesse Owen. Great grandchildren: John and Kayla Kautz, Justin and Ashley Kautz, Matt Kautz, James Kautz. Great great grandchild: Olivia Kautz and a very special granddaughter whom she helped raise, Samantha Smith, several nieces and nephews.
