Phillip Lynn Coolbaugh, 51, of Waverly, NY passed away on December 28, 2011 at the Robert Packer Hospital after an extended illness. He was born in Sayre, PA on October 3, 1960 a son of Phillip and Nancy Coolbaugh.

Phil was predeceased by his mother Nancy, brother Ed, sisters Mary and Linda, and daughter Amanda Sue.

Phil is survived by his lifetime friend Paula Tomkins of Waverly, NY. Children: Jessica and Jeremy Williams of Troy, PA., Stephanie and Terry Stahle of Troy, PA., Matthew Coolbaugh of Troy, PA. and Adam Richart of Waverly, NY . Father: Phillip Coolbaugh of Waverly, NY. His three sisters Jean, Ann, and Michelle, and his six grandchildren.

At Phil's request there will be no formal memorial service. However, friends and relatives will be gathering at Sparky's Bar, Broad St. Waverly, NY from 5-10PM on Thursday, December 29, 2011 to share fond memories of Phil.
