Sonia Ann Haggerty, 75, of Sayre, PA, passed away on April 19, 2026. She was the wife of Timothy E. Haggerty, who predeceased her. She was also predeceased by her father, Michael Struski; her mother, Marion Lepkoske; and her brothers, Michael Struski Jr. and Joseph Struski.

Sonia was a graduate of Sayre High School and a member of the Catholic Daughters Choir. She owned and operated a personal care home and daycare for many years, where she cared for others with dedication and compassion.

Sonia is survived by her sister, Sandra Struski (Louie); her sons, Timothy Haggerty and Walter Sparbani; and her daughters, Lora Finnerty and Shannon Spiess. She is also survived by her four granddaughters, Ashley Carnrike, Katie Miller, Jordan Finnerty, and Abby Spiess; 11 great-grandchildren; and her nephew, Ryan Struski.
